Become a supervisor
Atria’s Supervisor Academy combines practical work and apprenticeship training. As a supervisor, you’ll get to work with people and lead goal-oriented and productive work. If you are a team player who is unafraid of switching from field player to coaching supervisor, and you also like challenges and development, the Supervisor Academy may be just the thing for you.
Recruitment training for international jobseekers
Atria’s own recruitment training is aimed at jobseekers whose mother tongue is not Finnish. Through coaching, we hire production workers for the Nurmo facilities. The two-month training includes hygiene and occupational safety training, work culture and Finnish language studies, and the theory and practice of food manufacturing. The training is carried out in partnership with Sedu Education.
