Atria managers and their closely associated persons referred to in the Market Abuse Regulation ((EU) No 596/2014) are requested to follow the below instructions for notifying transactions as of 3 July 2016 (updated 23.12.2022):
According to MAR such notifications shall be made to Atria and the FIN-FSA promptly and no later than three (3) business days after the date of the transaction. Atria however recommends that an informal notice is given to Atria (insiders@atria.com) on the date of the transaction and that the actual notification is made to Atria at the latest within two (2) business days after the date of the transaction.
1. Please fill in and sent the transaction form to the Financial Supervisory Board through Fivalle e-services: finanssivalvonta.fi and an electronic copy of the notification must always be submitted to the company's insider administration by e-mail: insiders@atria.com.

3. Fin-FSA instructions explain how to copy the form information to an e-mail. The company's insider administration provides additional information if necessary.

Atria publishes the notification it has received in a stock exchange release within 2 days after the receival of the notification of managers transactions.
