Atria Group Plc will publish three interim reports in 2008. They will be        
published on 6 May, on 1 August and on 24 October 2008.                         

The report on operations in 2007 will be published on 27 February 2008.         

The Supervisory Board of Atria Group Plc has chosen Ms Sirpa Huopalainen,       
General Counsel of Atria Group, as secretary of the Board of Directors, as Mr   
Erkki Roivas will retire by the end of this year.
