Atria publishes the offer document to the shareholders of Sardus                

On 19 February 2007 Atria Meat & Fast Food Aktiebolag, an indirectly            
wholly-owned subsidiary of Atria Group Plc ('Atria'), announced its public cash 
offer to the shareholders of Aktiebolaget Sardus (publ) ('Sardus') at a price of
115 SEK per share. The offer is unconditional and it is recommended by the Board
of Directors of Sardus.                                                         

Atria will publish the offer document regarding the Offer today. The offer      
document and the registration form will be sent to the shareholders of Sardus   
whose holding has been directly registered with the Swedish Central Securities  
Depository (VPC). These documents will, however, not be distributed to the      
United States, Canada, Australia or Japan. The offer document is also available 
on Atria's website at www.atria.se and on Mangold Fondkommision's website at    
www.mangold.se.                                                                 

The acceptance period for the offer will commence on Wednesday, 14 March 2007   
and end on Wednesday 4 April 2007.                                              

By 9 March 2007 Atria has acquired a total of 7 907 400 shares in Sardus which  
entitle to a total of 78,2 per cent of the company's shares. Atria has filed a  
notification for approval of the acquisition of the majority stake in Sardus    
with the Swedish Competition Authority (Sw. Konkurrensverket).
