The organization meeting of the Supervisory Board of Atria Group Plc, held after
the Annual General Meeting, decided to re-elect the Board members, Timo         
Komulainen, Runar Lillandt and Leena Saarinen, whose turn was to withdraw.      

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board Ahti-Pekka Vornanen and the Chairman of   
the Board of Directors Martti Selin were re-elected.                            

The Board of Directors of Atria Group Plc is as follows: the Chairman of the    
Board of Directors Martti Selin, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors    
Timo Komulainen, and the Board members Tuomo Heikkilä, Runar Lillandt, Leena    
Saarinen, Matti Tikkakoski and Ilkka Yliluoma.
