Under an agreement signed on 20 August 2007, Atria Finland Ltd has bought meat  
procurement, slaughtering and meat cutting operations of Liha-Pouttu Oy. The    
transaction was subject to the approval of the Finnish Competition Authorities. 
The Finnish Competition Authorities have approved the transaction on 21         
September 2007.
