Mr Tomas Back (42), MSc (Econ.), has been appointed Chief Financial Officer     
(CFO) of Atria Group and a member of the management group starting 4 June 2007. 
Tomas Back has worked at Huhtamäki Oyj in different tasks in the financial      
administration since 1990, most recently as Business Controller in the Rigid    
Packaging Europe Division.                                                      

Atria Group's long-standing CFO, Mr Erkki Roivas, MSc (Econ.), will retire by   
the end of the year 2007.
