ELECTION OF THE BOARD MEMBERS AND THE CHAIRMEN OF ATRIA PLC                     


The organization meeting of the Supervisory Board of Atria Plc, held after the  
Annual General Meeting, decided to re-elect the Board members Matti Tikkakoski  
and Martti Selin, whose turn was to withdraw.                                   

Ari Pirkola was elected the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and the Chairman  
of the Board of Directors Martti Selin was re-elected.                          

The Board of Directors of Atria Plc is as follows: the Chairman of the Board of 
Directors Martti Selin, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Timo        
Komulainen, and the Board members Tuomo Heikkilä, Runar Lillandt, Matti         
Tikkakoski and Ilkka Yliluoma.
