The Estonian Competition Board has approved Atria and meat processing companies 
AS Woro Kommerts and AS Vastse-Kuuste Lihatööstus transactions                  


Under an agreement signed on 26 June 2008, Atria Plc has acquired Estonian meat 
processing companies AS Woro Kommerts and AS Vastse-Kuuste Lihatööstus. The     
transaction was subject to the approval of the Estonian Competition Board. The  
Estonian Competition Board has approved the transactions on 16 July 2008. The   
process of consolidating AS Woro Kommerts and AS Vastse-Kuuste Lihatööstus will 
begin 1 August 2008.                                                            

The companies are well-known manufacturers of a variety of high-quality meat    
products and consumer-packed meat. Through these acquisitions, Atria will       
complete and expand its current product range for retail customers in Estonia.
