Atria issues EUR 50 million bond

Atria Plc has resolved to issue a EUR 50 million fixed rate unsecured bond. The funds will be used for refinancing and general corporate purposes of the group. The loan period is five (5) years and the bond pays a coupon of 4.375 percent. The bond will be applied to be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.
