Atria Plc’s financial statements and annual report for 2024 have been published

Atria Plc´s financial statements and Board of Directors’ report have been published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements as an xHTML file in Finnish language. The Board of Directors’ report includes a sustainability report, prepared in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

Atria Plc’s annual report for 2024 has also been published today. The annual report includes a business review, the Board of Directors’ report, the sustainability report, the financial statements, a corporate governance statement, and a remuneration report for the governing bodies.

The annual report is available in PDF format at www.atria.com/investors/financial-information/annual-reports/ and as an attachment to this release. The financial statements and the Board of Directors’ report are available in both xHTML and PDF in formats in Finnish language at www.atria.com/sijoittajat/taloustieto/vuosikertomukset/.
